"Mini" Food Pantries


"Mini" Food Pantries are a grass roots food redistribution system.  It is the main way that we here at 25FortyPgh redistribute our food donations. 


Timeline:

Spring 2021: Purchased Material for our first "mini" food pantry

October 14th, 2021: Installed our first "mini" food pantry at Faithbridge Community Church in McKees Rocks Pennsylvania

November 17th, 2021: Total of 1,000 Lbs of food redistributed to date

January 23rd, 2022: Installed our second "mini" food pantry

February 12th, 2022 installed 3rd "mini" food pantry

February 12th,  2022 8,000 Lbs of food redistributed to date. Through our network of "mini" food pantries.

May 15th, 2023 11,000 Lbs of food redistributed to date.

September 17th, 2023 Installed our 1st "mini" pet food pantry at Happy Tailz Grooming in Burgettstown Pennsylvania

March 07th, 2024 over 13,000 Lbs of food redistributed to date.
